That search led us to Hedgesville, WV, where we fell in love with a stretch of countryside and an old turkey barn full of character and potential. With a lot of heart, hard work, and a vision for community, we transformed the structure into a beautiful event space—a place where rustic charm meets elegant design, and where unforgettable memories are made. While there are no hotels directly in Hedgesville, guests can find a variety of accommodations just 10 minutes away in Falling Waters, WV or about 20 minutes away in Martinsburg, WV.

Yes! The event hall is fully ADA compliant, featuring wheelchair ramps and accessible entrances at both the front and rear of the building, as well as ADA-compliant restrooms to ensure comfort and accessibility for all guests.

Cancellation by Clients
If for any reason Clients cancel this Agreement more than 180 days before the Event, Venue will keep the Retainer, but Clients will not be responsible for any remainder due. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by Clients and sent via email, pursuant to the Notice provision in Section 39. Confirmation of receipt of notification email by Venue must be obtained. If Clients fail to supply Notice of cancellation as specified before the Event or cancels within 180 days of the Event, Clients shall be required to pay the full balance due .
Rescheduling by Clients
Option 1:
Clients may reschedule for any reason up to 180 days before the Event. Notification of rescheduling must be made in writing by Clients and sent via email, pursuant to the Notice provision. Confirmation of receipt of notification email by Venue must be obtained. The rescheduled event must occur within six months of the original date, provided Venue is available. Venue will allow only one (1) complimentary reschedule, and thereafter a $500.00 rescheduling fee will apply. If Clients fail to supply written rescheduling notification 60 days before the Event, Clients shall be required to pay the full balance due, no reschedule will be allowed, and it shall constitute a cancellation.
Option 2:
In the event Clients reschedule the Event for any reason, Clients forfeit the Retainer and all other payments made by Clients up to the date of rescheduling. Clients must book Venue’s services under a new contract and will be subject to Venue’s current pricing at that time.
